How can I contact your customer service in case of questions or problems?

Do you provide paving installation services?
No, we do not perform any installation work.
What is the ordering process?
Our sales take place through our business partners – trading houses specialized in building materials. We recommend that you contact them with your request. You can request a list of our business partners via e-mail: eurobeton@eurobeton.hr . The list will soon be available on our website.
Do you deliver products?
Yes, we deliver with our trucks within a radius of 60 kilometers for an additional fee, which includes unloading at the construction site. For more distant destinations, we organize transport through our subcontractors, but in this case, unloading at the construction site is the responsibility of the customer. The final delivery price depends on several factors and will be agreed upon after contacting the transport company.
Do you offer customized products according to customer requirements?
For water meter manholes, we offer the option of adjusting the height, drilling holes, openings and making the bottom according to the customer’s needs, in accordance with the dimensions we offer. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order water meter manholes in dimensions that are not in our standard range. Other products are not manufactured according to special requirements.
What is the delivery time for your products?
For certain products that are permanently in stock, delivery is fast and immediate. For other products, production and delivery times depend on currently received orders. For more precise information, please contact us via e-mail: eurobeton@eurobeton.hr .
