PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT IS COLLECTED AND WHY IT IS COLLECTED

This website collects and uses personal information for the following reasons:

  • Monitoring website visits
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of users of our website, better understand how they use it, and analyze the user journey through the website. Although GA records information such as your geographic location, device, internet browser, and operating system, none of this information can personally identify you. GA also records the computer’s IP address, but Google does not provide us with access to this data. We consider Google to be a third-party data processor (see Article 4 below). GA uses cookies, and you can find details about them in Google’s developer guides. Our website uses the analytics.js GA implementation. Disabling cookies in your internet browser will stop GA from tracking any part of your visit to our website.
  • Contact email address
If you contact us via email, none of the information you provide will be stored on this website, nor will it be transferred to third parties. The data will be collected via email and sent to us via Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our SMTP servers are protected by TLS (SSL), which means that the content of your email is encrypted before being sent over the internet.
  • Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, your email address will be forwarded to a software platform that provides email marketing services. Your email address will not be stored in our database or on any of our internal systems. Your email address will remain in the database of the aforementioned platform as long as we use their email marketing services or until you request to unsubscribe. You can do this by canceling your subscription via the link in each newsletter or by contacting us via email. If you are under 16 years of age, you must obtain parental consent before signing up for our newsletter.

PARTNER COMPANIES THAT PROCESS DATA (THIRD PARTIES)

We use a number of business partner services to process personal data on our behalf. These companies have been carefully selected and all comply with the regulations set out in Article 2.

DATA PRIVACY VIOLATION

In the event of a violation of the privacy of data from our database or the database of any of our partners, we will notify all relevant persons and competent authorities within 72 hours of the violation, if it is obvious that the data has been stolen and if there is a possibility of identifying the owner of the data.
